Registering.
If you are not a member of Surplus-Stockmarket then you will be unable to browse certain sections of this site. To join, click on the registration button at the top of the page. This will bring up a form which you must fill.

Buying
There are several ways to buy goods. You can browse the sections using the left navigation bar, you can use the search box at the top of the navigation bar, or you can use the advance search feature (by clicking 'advanced search' or 'buy'). The best way to find the goods that you want is through the normal search feature.
When searching try to use lower case letters where possible, this improves the chances of you finding the product you are looking for. Also avoid using double quotation marks (") use single ones (') where possible.
Selling
There are two ways to sell a product. By adding it to a category while browsing or by clicking on 'buy' at the top of the page. When selling goods be careful with the values you choose for your fields. Try to use lowercase letters and avoid using double (") quotation marks, use single (') ones instead.
If you are submitting a photo, make sure it is either a jpeg (extension jpg, jpeg or jpe) or a gif. This file has to be less than two megabytes in size. If your photo doesn't fit this criteria, then it will not be uploaded. Most paint packages can convert your photos to either gifs or jpegs. If you don't have such a package, it can be downloaded from here.
